Prior to our shoot, I ask that you give us a signed copy of a 'Model Release' form. (Persons under 18 need a parent/guardian signature). The release gives me permission to use your images for my websites, advertising or photographic competitions. Please print/sign the release form and bring it along.

Image Previewing (Prairie Creek Portraits)

Within two weeks after our photo session, we can get together to choose the 10 images that will be photoedited and used for a portraits. Only blemishes and temporary skin conditions will be edited for actor/model headshots and portfolio shots.

After you have picked your favorites, I'll notify you again in two weeks or less that your images have been polished. Composite images may take a little longer.

Once I receive the balance of the package cost, I'll deliver the full resolution files and other images on a thumbdrive or via Dropbox. If you have chosen to receive wall portraits or other products using the Prairie Creek Portrait Better or Best option, and/or decide that you'd like other 'ala carte' products, we'll decide which image(s) to get enlarged and mounted. Print products will not be ordered until the order has been paid in full.

In exchange for creating the image, the TFP model release also gives me permission to use the image on my site, in competition, and to present it to modeling agencies within my portfolio. It also allows me to sell the image to photo 'stock' organizations.

Payments

I accept cash, checks and credit cards for Reservation Fees and final payments.

Sales Tax, Postage/Handling - 8.25% sales tax is charged on all purchases, including Reservation Fees. Sales tax will be added to all prices shown on the Pricing page. Prices also do not include any required postage/handling on products that I must ship.

Some More Stuff

All images remain the property of Kevin Wehrmeister and Prairie Creek Portraits and Not Just Headshots and are protected by federal copyright laws; copying of any kind, without written permission, is strictly prohibited. We provide the 'permission slip' for printing your purchased images at any lab, but you cannot sell them without our permission.

There will be an additional charge of $20 per person (or pet) for groups or families over 8 persons.
All portraits receive some (average) retouching at no additional cost. Fees for more extensive retouching or print enhancement range from $25 on up depending on complexity. Please let me know exactly what you'd like at the time of booking.
